In June of year 4, children complete a multiplication tables check (MTC). By the end of year 4, children should know all of the times tables (up to 12 x 12) and this check helps us to see which children have achieved this standard and who may need further support in years 5 and 6. We will continue learning and practising times tables in school, but any additional practise at home to support children in this will be valuable.
