The children enjoyed bubble blowing in the garden.

They used a range of different tools to experiment with and listened to instructions on how to do it.

      

We have been focusing on catching a large ball. The children have done well and have shown the school value of collaboration when sharing.

    

Music with Mr Cook

We all look forward to Music with Mr Cook each week. He brings a range of instruments and new songs for us to learn. We are very good at listening to and moving to music.

      

Yoga

The children showed the school value of determination as they all tried their best in our yoga lesson. It was a love themed lesson and we listened to a book about different emotions and self-love.

  

The Three Little Pigs

Our focus book has been The Three Little Pigs. The children have enjoyed trying to blow their own houses down by huffing and puffing. They have also experimented with different materials to build the pigs a house.

    

World Book Day

It was so lovely to see so many of the children dressed up in their favourite book characters.
We really enjoyed having a whole nursery focus on reading.

   

Planting

The children planted a range of bulbs for Mother’s Day. They listened to instructions on how to plant the bulbs and how look after the plants.   This year they picked from daffodils, tulips and snow drops.  It will be exciting to see what you all get.
