Welcome to the Year 5 Earth and Beyond Art Gallery.

Thank you very much for coming and we hope that you enjoy the art and refreshments. The children have worked very hard over the past few weeks to hone their skills and create some lovely art. We have learned all about:

• Gradients
• Shading
• Light and shadow
• Different pencil hardness and their impact on our drawing
• Charcoal
• Marbling
• How artists use sketch books

It has been a thoroughly enjoyable project through which we have grown and developed our critical thinking skills as well as our art skills.
